Housekeeping Cleaner
Keep the ship sparkling clean and maintain a welcoming environment for passengers and crew members alike. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Engineers
Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of onboard systems and equipment. From mechanical to electrical engineering, we're looking for skilled professionals to join our team.
Receptionists
Be the friendly face that greets guests as they embark on their unforgettable journey. Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service are key.
Galley Assistant
Assists the kitchen staff in food preparation, dishwashing, and general galley duties to support the smooth operation of the ship's kitchen and dining services.
Security Officer
Monitors and maintains security measures onboard to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, crew, and ship facilities, including patrols and responding to incidents.
Bartender
Prepares and serves a variety of beverages to passengers, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Deckhand
Performs duties related to ship navigation, safety, and maintenance on the deck area, including handling ropes, assisting with docking, and conducting routine inspections.
Nurse
Join our onboard medical team as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or emergency and critical care specialist. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to passengers and crew while you explore the world at sea.

Isaac Owusu Amofa, RWF's Deputy Director, brings a wealth of general-management experience and a steady focus on operational excellence. After a Diploma in Business Studies from Kumasi Polytechnic and a degree in Human Resource Management from Baptist University College, he held leadership roles including General Manager at Ozone Technology Ghana and Warehouse Manager at Thonket Company Ltd. As Deputy Director of Operations, he safeguards RWF's operational integrity from resource allocation to process optimisation driving the company's growth with a commitment to efficiency, excellence and innovation.

Isaac Owusu Amofa Deputy Director

Matilda Sakyi, RWF's Business Development Manager, is an entrepreneur and businesswoman who serves as Director for Safeway Printing Works Ltd, Core Print Co Ltd and TDMplus Ltd. The eldest child of a strong business family, she earned a law degree from the University of East London before helping sustain and expand a 50year family legacy. Known for her high standards, she now brings her strategic vision and leadership to RWF, driving growth and innovation across its workforce solutions.

Matilda Sakyi Business Development Manager

Alhagi Bojang, RWF's Recruitment Manager, is an accomplished travel, tourism and hospitality specialist with an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management. His career spans teaching, leadership and consultancy including roles at leading Gambian tourism institutions and contributions to the UNEP funded COAST project, UNESCO World Heritage capacity building, and a World Bank Tourism Diversification Project. With over eight years recruiting for major cruise lines, he offers deep industry knowledge and career guidance to aspiring professionals.
